Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you want fanless heat, and do you need a separate fan-only breeze?
Both exact finish pages describe oil-filled, quiet radiator heat; the shared model manual has no fan-only mode.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you need at least three selectable heat levels?
The exact linked manual specifies LOW/MID/HIGH at 600, 900 and 1,500 watts.
Explore this need in the finder →Are mechanical dials essential?
The exact manual shows a power/setting control and a separate mechanical thermostat knob.
Explore this need in the finder →Must a remote be included?
The reviewed exact manufacturer pages and shared manual do not document an included remote, so an essential remote need is not verified.
Explore this need in the finder →Is a 600-watt maximum input cap acceptable?
No. The model can run at 600 watts, but its listed maximum input is still 1,500 watts; it fails a 600-watt maximum-input requirement.
Explore this need in the finder →Pelonis lists the basic oil-filled radiator in two finish-specific U.S. models: black PHO15A2AGB and white PHO15A2AGW. Each has its own manufacturer product page and gallery; both product-support pages point to the PHO15A2AGW manual, which names the same three-stage radiator design. The useful comparison is the finish, not a claim that the two codes are different heating systems.

Three familiar wattage steps and a mechanical thermostat
The shared manual identifies Low, Mid and High settings at 600, 900 and 1,500 watts. A separate thermostat knob runs from MIN to MAX and cycles the radiator on and off around the selected room comfort point. It does not provide a numeric thermostat range or a temperature increment, so do not compare its “MAX” position with a digital model’s stated degree setting. The 600-watt step is the lower electrical input, not a guarantee of a lower utility bill or a particular room temperature.
These are fanless oil-filled radiators. Pelonis describes quiet operation and shows a front carry handle, control dials, cord wrap and four casters. They are a sensible shortlist for a room where a steady, quiet supplemental heater matters more than a fan-driven breeze, remote, screen or schedule. The manufacturer materials reviewed do not document an included remote, app, child lock, countdown timer or delayed start, so a requirement for any of those should point to a model with that control explicitly documented. The body height, width, weight and room-coverage claim are also not published on these exact pages.
Because the two exact product pages name different color codes and direct visitors to the same white-model manual, it is reasonable to keep them in one review while preserving both identities. The white gallery is shown here; the black variant is not silently substituted or treated as a separate heater. If finish matters visually, compare the black PHO15A2AGB gallery as well. The evidence does not support a performance difference between the colors.
Movement and placement need planning
The manual says to attach the wheel-holding plates and caster assemblies before turning the heater upright; it warns not to operate it without its wheels and requires upright use. Once assembled, the four casters help move it across a clear floor, but rolling a radiator is not the same as picking up a lightweight personal heater. Let it cool before cleaning or storage, and use the carry handle only as described in the manual.
Electrical limits are straightforward but important: the manual rates this family at 120 volts, 60 hertz, up to 1,500 watts and 12.5 amps. Plug it directly into a grounded 120-volt outlet and do not share the circuit with other appliances; the manual cautions against extension cords and power strips. It calls for at least three feet from walls and other objects, including furnishings and combustible material. The radiator is for indoor household use, not outdoors, bathrooms or damp areas, and the manual says not to leave it unattended. Tip-over and overheat cutoffs do not change those restrictions.
Choose it for simplicity, not automation
Compared with the more feature-rich Pelonis PSHO06MR6ASB or PSHO07JR4AGB, this family trades digital controls for direct knobs. It keeps three confirmed wattage stages and fanless heating, but there is no documented remote or timed start/stop. The PH-14A offers remote operation and a timer, although its product page and manual differ over the exact number and wattage of selectable heat modes. This mechanical family is the clearer choice if you prefer no touchscreen and can operate the heater where its cord, clearance and manual thermostat are practical.
Use the questionnaire to distinguish an essential feature from a nice-to-have: fanless heat and three known wattage steps fit this product; a maximum-input cap below 1,500 watts does not, even though 600 watts is selectable. An essential remote, timed shutoff, delayed start, bathroom permission or numeric height limit is not confirmed here. If one of those is non-negotiable, do not infer it from the similar black and white photos. For an ordinary dry room and a preference for simple mechanical settings, the PHO15A2AGB and PHO15A2AGW are the less complicated Pelonis options.
